Depending on the nature of the services provided, the Company may act both as a Data Controller with respect to information collected and managed for its own purposes, and as a Data Processor with respect to information processed on behalf of its customers, all in accordance with applicable law.

Information processed on behalf of our customers – as part of the services we provide, we may process personal information belonging to our customers solely in accordance with their instructions and only in our capacity as a Data Processor.

Sensitive information – where we collect sensitive personal information or information classified as sensitive under Amendment 13 (such as biometric, health, genetic, sexual orientation, political opinions, religious beliefs, etc.), we will obtain explicit consent and apply enhanced security measures where required by law.

Purposes of Processing

  • Providing our services, operating the website and offering technical support.
  • Processing customer information for the professional services ordered.
  • Processing payments and working with essential service providers.
  • Improving our services, analyzing usage and enhancing user experience.
  • Marketing, advertising and sending promotional offers, subject to explicit consent where required.

5. Database Management

We will comply with applicable legal requirements regarding database management and information security. Where required, we will register databases and appoint information security or privacy officers. Responsibility for registering customer databases remains with the customer as the Data Controller where required by law.

  • Analyzing website usage and browsing patterns.
  • Personalizing content and marketing (subject to consent where required).
  • You may manage your cookie preferences through your browser or the website interface.
